Ten Display is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

To use the Services or place an order, you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and capable of forming a binding contract. If you are under 16, we do not knowingly collect your personal information or permit you to create an account, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

By placing an order, you represent that any information you provide us is accurate, current, and complete, and that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

Product descriptions. We attempt to describe and display our products, including materials, finishes, and dimensions, as accurately as possible. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, photographs, or other content are accurate, complete, current, or error-free. Because our displays are handcrafted from solid wood, natural variation in grain, tone, and finish should be expected and is not considered a defect.

Pricing. All prices are listed in the currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without notice. We are not responsible for typographical, pricing, or other errors in any offer, and we reserve the right to correct any such errors, including after an order has been submitted.

Availability. All orders are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products, to discontinue any product at any time, and to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud or an error in pricing or product information.

Orders and Payment

When you place an order through the Services, you are making an offer to purchase the product(s) in your order, which we may accept or decline at our discretion. We will confirm receipt of your order by email; this confirmation does not constitute our acceptance of your order.

You authorize us, or our third-party payment processor, to charge your chosen payment method for the total amount of your order, including applicable taxes and shipping fees. Payments are processed securely through Shopify and its payment partners; we do not store your full payment card details on our systems.

If we are unable to fulfill your order, in whole or in part, for any reason, including an inaccuracy in pricing or product availability, we will notify you and issue a refund for the affected amount.

Shipping and Delivery

Because our displays are cut and finished to order, please allow the processing time stated on the product page or at checkout before your order ships. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed; we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Risk of loss and title for products you purchase pass to you upon our delivery to the shipping carrier. It is your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address; we are not responsible for orders delivered to an address that you provided incorrectly.

Returns, Refunds, and Warranty

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the product is unused and in its original packaging, unless otherwise stated on the product page. To start a return, contact us using the details below.

Products are backed by the warranty period stated on the applicable product page against defects in material and craftsmanship under normal use. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, unauthorized modification, or normal wear. Where required by applicable law, you may also have additional rights that cannot be limited by these Terms.

The Services, including all text, graphics, logos, product photography, and software, are owned by Ten Display or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on the Services without our prior written consent.

You may not use our name, logos, or product images in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without our written permission.

User Conduct

When using the Services, you agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information when creating an account or placing an order;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other accounts, or our computer systems;
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services, including through the use of viruses, bots, or other harmful code;
